   Anthropic co-founder Jack Clark moves RSI prediction to 2027

   Jack Clark, co-founder of Anthropic and author of the Import AI newsletter, now believes recursive self-improvement (RSI) could become possible as early as 2027 based on benchmark results. The conclusion rests on TasteVal, a narrow benchmark from P‑Zero Research that tests only parts of research ability and uses a fixed coding agent on an Nvidia H100 to run experiments.
