The µRepRap project reports a RepRap-style printer capable of micron and sub-micron fabrication using common materials, building on designs from the OpenFlexure Project. The PIKA V0.02 hardware demonstrates repeatable ~1µm positioning and reliable ~10µm accuracy across an ~8mm volume, with UV resin droplets as small as 4µm deposited.
