   Pennsylvania law requires labels on AI-generated or modified ads

   Governor Josh Shapiro signed the Artificial Intelligence Deceptive Advertising Act requiring disclosures on ads that are generated or significantly modified by AI. The law applies to images, video, audio and text ads and requires labels in the same format as the ad itself, though it leaves vague terms and several carve-outs.
