   Meta’s new business terms appear to allow scraping content to train AI

   Meta’s updated commercial terms, effective October 30, say the company can use automated tools to access and use content from domains associated with businesses that use its services. Legal experts and a Nieman Lab report say this language could let Meta argue it can index publisher sites and use that content to develop and train its AI products.
