   Report: U.S. building more fossil fuel infrastructure as renewables slow

   A report from the Environmental Defense Fund and Atlas Public Policy finds the U.S. is adding more fossil fuel infrastructure while growth in renewables is slowing. The authors warn that completing gas projects in the pipeline could lock in higher emissions and electricity prices for decades.
