Ollama v0.40.6-rc1 adds proxy support for registry redirects and bug fix

Ollama published release v0.40.6-rc1 that defers redirect-target DNS resolution to an HTTP proxy when one is present and retains the previous resolve-and-pin behavior otherwise. The release also trusts default-registry/CDN hostnames with no local DNS and fixes a nil CancelFunc crash in blobDownload.release.
