   LangGraph 1.2.15 released with multiple bug fixes

   LangGraph published version 1.2.15 with a series of fixes around DeltaChannel handling, checkpointing, and resume behavior. The release also updates a notebook dependency and addresses several edge cases in tool and state handling.
