   Hugging Face releases benchmark to test LLMs as novelty judges for research

   Hugging Face published a study called Old Ideas, Novel Problems that evaluates how reliably large language models can judge the novelty of scientific research ideas. The release includes a paper, benchmark data, code, and an automated pipeline for building evaluation sets.
