   Thailand issues rules allowing Bitcoin and Ether ETFs from October 16

   Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission published 11 regulations creating a framework for cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds, effective October 16. The rules permit funds tracking Bitcoin and Ether, require licensed Thai custodians and set investment, custody, and investor protection requirements, with listings limited to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
