   Chatbot detects romance-scam stages in real time using LLMs

   A research paper describes a chatbot that uses a large language model to detect stages of romance scams in real time through the Line Messaging API and to provide stage explanations and prevention advice. The work maps the seven-stage social science theory of romance scams to automated stage classification and was accepted to TANET 2026 and posted on arXiv.
