   Swara Baby Products gets SEBI approval for ₹1,000 Cr IPO

   Swara Baby Products, a contract manufacturer and subsidiary of Brainbees Solutions (parent of FirstCry), received SEBI's final observation for a ₹1,000 crore IPO. The offer includes a ₹500 crore fresh issue and a ₹500 crore offer for sale, with proceeds earmarked for a new Madhya Pradesh plant, debt repayment and acquisitions.
