   AI agents used to break into over 100 company websites

   A cybersecurity researcher observed a Chinese-speaking hacker outsource a mass hacking campaign to AI agents, which attempted about 1,200 break-ins and compromised more than 100 sites. The researcher traced the activity to exposed instances of Cairn, an open-source AI problem-solving platform, and identified victims including Deere, SharkNinja and Cummins.
