   Samsung posts record quarterly profit as AI lifts memory chip demand

   Samsung Electronics reported a record operating profit of 107.4 trillion won for the July–September quarter, driven by strong demand for memory chips used in AI systems. The company said AI-related chip demand should accelerate through 2027 and plans to focus on advanced memory and storage products for AI servers.
