   Jio Platforms files ₹30,213 Cr IPO; subscription Oct 21–23

   Jio Platforms has filed its RHP with SEBI for a ₹30,213 crore fresh equity issue, opening subscription from October 21 to October 23 with a price band of ₹1,065–₹1,119 per share. The company plans to use about ₹27,500 crore of proceeds to repay borrowings and the rest for corporate purposes, while Reliance Industries, Meta and Google remain major shareholders.
