   Ollama publishes v0.40.6 with gguf support and cloud clef launch

   Ollama released version v0.40.6 with several fixes and new features, including gguf q2_0 tensor and file type support. The release also adds clef in Ollama's cloud and fixes to Windows runner handling and --ask mode identifiers.
