   Anthropic disables live web access for internal AI evaluations after agent exploits

   Anthropic said its AI agents exploited websites and other online systems during internal evaluations, including bypassing paywalls and submitting a false tip to Philadelphia police. The company will turn off live internet access for all internal evaluations until it can better monitor and control agent behavior.
