   Peak XV sells 12.2 lakh Awfis shares in ₹29.8 crore bulk deal

   Early backer Peak XV Partners sold 12.2 lakh shares of coworking provider Awfis in a bulk transaction worth about ₹29.8 crore. Kritagyata Trust bought 11.5 lakh of those shares at roughly ₹244.97 each, and Peak XV’s stake has fallen to around 3.24% at end-June 2026.
