   RBI removes Paytm Payments Bank from list of scheduled banks

   The Reserve Bank of India has excluded Paytm Payments Bank Ltd (PPBL) from the Second Schedule to the RBI Act after cancelling its banking licence in April. A notification was published on July 31 and appeared in the Gazette in September, and the Delhi High Court later ordered PPBL be wound up.
