   Anthropic launches free AI OSS Scanner to flag open-source vulnerabilities

   Anthropic has unveiled OSS Scanner, a free service that periodically scans opt-in open-source projects and generates vulnerability reports using its strongest models including Claude Mythos. Reports are fully model-generated without human review, and the company says scans aim to be fast and frequent though they may contain errors.
