   Google accused of illegally clearing 816 acres of Finnish forest for data center

   A report says Google cleared about 816 acres (an estimated 250,000 trees) near Muhos in Northern Finland to prepare for a data centre before completing a required Environmental Impact Assessment. Finnish officials suspended development at two Google data‑centre sites and residents reported wildlife, including wolves, moving closer to villages after the clearing.
