   A report by Origina with Thinkers50 says vendor-driven upgrades, migrations and licensing changes consume an average 28% of enterprise software budgets. Those costs contributed to decisions to slow, pause or cancel AI or data programmes for 34% of surveyed senior IT decision-makers.
