   Government orders 24-hour mobile internet suspension in central New Delhi

   The Ministry of Home Affairs approved a 24-hour suspension of mobile internet in a 4-km radius around Janpath-Kartavya Path from 10 PM on October 9 to 10 PM on October 10. MeitY has advised social platforms to act against unlawful or manipulated content linked to the protests, and the Delhi Metro shut 57 stations for security reasons.
