   BaFin rejects Bitcoin Group’s MiCA application for Futurum Bank

   Germany’s financial regulator BaFin has rejected Bitcoin Group SE’s application for a MiCA licence for its Futurum Bank after a 15-month review. Bitcoin Group says it will explore partnerships with licensed German firms for trading and custody and can object to the decision within one month of formal notification.
