   Ollama v0.40.5 updates MLX, Metal kernels and tool-call handling

   Ollama published v0.40.5 with a port of Metal custom kernels to CUDA, MLX version bump, and documentation improvements. The release also added support for accepting custom tool calls in Responses history and clarified cloud payment error messaging.
