   Bumble to go private in $1.3 billion deal with Ithaca Holdings

   Bumble has agreed to be taken private by Ithaca Holdings in a deal valued at $1.3 billion, with Ithaca offering $6.05 per share. Ithaca co-founders Ravi Gupta and John Hegeman will become co-CEOs as the company seeks to revive growth amid declining paying users.
