   llm-echo 0.5 updated to simulate token usage including tool calls

   Simon Willison updated the llm-echo debug plugin to version 0.5 which simulates a model that echoes prompts without using an LLM. The release now updates simulated token usage counts to include tool calls, system prompts, and reasoning tokens.
