   Bhavish Aggarwal pledges 20 crore Ola Electric shares to back Krutrim NCDs

   Bhavish Aggarwal pledged 20 crore Ola Electric shares (4.32% of the company) on September 30 as security for non‑convertible debentures issued by Krutrim Data Centre. Ola Electric says the pledge is to fund Aggarwal’s subscription to its upcoming ₹1,000 crore rights issue and that no shares are being sold.
