   Moonshot AI resets subscriber quotas after Kimi K3.1 Pro launch problems

   Beijing-based Moonshot AI apologised for rate limiting and excessive quota consumption following the launch of its Kimi K3.1 Pro model and said it would reset monthly quotas by 25% for subscribers. The company also reduced subagent calls and output length after earlier capacity issues with K3, citing broader computing shortages affecting Chinese AI labs.
