   Anthropic consults law firms to set negotiation norms for AI agents

   Anthropic is working with law firms to develop fair negotiation norms for AI agents that could negotiate prices, resolve complaints, or improve contracts. The company is also hiring legal experts as Conceptual Reasoning Fellows to test Claude on judgment-heavy humanities questions to improve model performance.
