Adani Enterprises and US manufacturer Jabil have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to form a 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and assemble AI racks, servers, storage, networking and cooling equipment in India. The initiative aims to serve domestic demand and exports, targeting multi‑gigawatt data‑centre capacity as India grows its local infrastructure under data localisation and tax incentives.
