   Hugging Face published Falcon-Emirati-7B, a dialect-specialized LLM trained to understand and generate Emirati Arabic with cultural nuance. The model is built on the Falcon-H1-Arabic family and uses the Falcon-H1 hybrid architecture combining State Space Models and Transformer attention.
