   Hirudo Android trojan replaces banking apps to bypass security checks

   Security researchers disclosed a new Android banking trojan called Hirudo that replaces legitimate banking apps with modified versions to disable built-in security checks and steal credentials. ThreatFabric said the trojan is delivered via dropper apps and targets users across multiple countries including India.
