   Google builds HappyDelivery prototype for conversational commerce with multi-agent swarms

   Google published a working prototype called HappyDelivery that implements a previously proposed 3-layer conversational commerce blueprint on Google Cloud. The prototype uses LangGraph, Gemini, FastAPI and includes a state machine, deterministic financial tools, and an automated verification suite to demonstrate multi-agent swarm operations.
