   Ex-Ramp founders raise $25M for Melius after pivot to AI creative platform

   Melius, a New York-based startup founded by former Ramp engineers, announced $25 million in funding including a $20M Series A led by CRV and a $5M seed from General Catalyst. The company pivoted from an ad-spend optimization tool to an AI platform for generating creative assets after scrapping its original product.
