   GPU-unlock kernel module doubles FP/BF16 issue rate on some Nvidia 3000 GPUs

   GPU-unlock is a Linux kernel module that runs an early unlock sequence to increase FP/BF16 instruction issue rates on several Nvidia 3000-series cards. It claims substantial TFLOPS gains on GA102/GA103/GA104/GA106 chips without being a UEFI app or a patched Nvidia driver.
