   Anthropic gives METR researchers employee-level access for independent audits

   Anthropic has granted six researchers from nonprofit METR employee-level access, tools, and workspace to assess its models, safety practices, and risk management. METR will publish its own assessments and Anthropic cannot veto publication, only request redactions under narrow categories.
