Fort Bend County commissioners approved four incentive agreements that could exempt Tesla from much local tax on equipment and inventory for up to 35 years for a proposed $10 billion solar factory. Tesla has applied for additional state school tax limits and still has not formally committed to building the plant near Richmond, Texas.
