In a US court filing, OpenAI alleges a former employee who joined Apple sent more than 100 files about an unreleased OpenAI product to a personal account and later presented those materials to Apple leaders. Apple says it has found no evidence to support the allegations and points to policies preventing use of prior employers' confidential information.
