   Free Pascal and Lazarus gain full dynamic package support

   The Free Pascal Compiler and Lazarus IDE now have a first release that implements full dynamic package support, letting developers build and load shared-package plugins. The implementation includes compiler, runtime and IDE changes and is available for Linux, Windows and macOS from the project's website.
