   Drupal patches critical Field UI RCE via contributed-module paths

   Drupal released security fixes on October 14, 2026, addressing a critical remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability in its Field UI core module that can be reached through contributed modules and custom code. The issue is tracked as CVE-2026-108097 and fixed releases are available for supported 10.6.x, 11.3.x and 11.4.x branches; older and end-of-life branches have no fix.
