   BMW reveals redesigned iX5 EV as fifth-generation X5 family expands

   BMW’s fifth-generation X5 family adds a battery-electric iX5 with new Neue Klasse styling and Double-X headlights. BMW says the iX5 60 xDrive uses a 144 kWh battery with up to 435 miles of range and will go on sale in the US next month, while the gas-powered 2027 X5 40 xDrive is already available starting at $72,100.
