   Ollama publishes v0.40.4 with llama.cpp and server improvements

   Ollama released v0.40.4, updating llama.cpp for decision models and adding EmbeddingGemma 2 support. The release also includes server and MLX fixes such as reusing verified manifests, restoring compact recurrent state, and showing installed models in the model picker.
