   Ollama v0.40.11 adds macOS speech and d3 decision models

   Ollama's v0.40.11 release adds speech generation on macOS and streaming audio via a /v1/audio/speech endpoint. The update also introduces d3 decision models (2B–27B) from vLLM Semantic Router for classification and scoring tasks.
