   PHP warns of two critical RCE flaws, emergency patches due October 21

   The PHP security team announced emergency security updates will be released Wednesday, October 21 at 14:00 UTC to fix two critical vulnerabilities rated 9.2 CVSS. Researchers say the flaws, tracked as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, are remote code execution issues and details were reportedly leaked ahead of the planned disclosure.
