   Hackers used Cisco SD‑WAN flaw to install KeyDrift malware stealing encryption keys

   Cisco Talos reported on October 28 that attackers exploited a critical flaw in Cisco Catalyst SD‑WAN controllers to install malware named KeyDrift that copies encryption keys. The vulnerability (CVE-2026-20127) was fixed in February and Talos traces related activity back to at least 2023.
