   Protectt.ai to acquire controlling stake in Bosch‑incubated AIShield

   Protectt.ai will acquire a majority stake in AIShield, an AI security platform incubated within Bosch Global Software Technologies, with Bosch retaining a minority stake. The combined business will operate independently under Protectt.ai and plans to expand AIShield’s team from about 12–15 employees to 50–60 by March.
