   Bank of America assigns 4,000 people to fix AI‑found software vulnerabilities

   Bank of America says it has 3,000 internal staff and 1,000 outside contractors working to patch software vulnerabilities uncovered by AI models such as Anthropic's Mythos. The bank spent a few hundred million dollars in Q3 on this software work combined with anti‑money‑laundering requirements, and expects patching costs to decline over time.
