   Cloudflare: Yandex outage shifted, not stopped, malicious bot traffic

   Cloudflare's analysis found that after reported strikes on Yandex data centers (Oct 7–11), verified Yandex search crawlers dropped but high-volume malicious automation migrated to other hosts. Aggregate traffic drops hid this migration, so metrics alone can mislead about who controls malicious activity.
