   Government pushes AI tool to detect child sexual abuse material online

   The Union government has asked for expedited development of an AI-based tool to proactively detect Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Material (CSEAM) circulating online. The request came during Women and Child Development Minister Annpurna Devi's visit to the NCPCR, which is working with MeitY on the tool and social media guidelines for tech companies.
