   Google opens Android Studio to third-party AI agents, adds Gemini APIs

   At the Android Dev Summit, Google announced Android Studio Rabbit 2 with a 'Bring Your Own Agent' feature using the open Agent Client Protocol, allowing developers to run third‑party AI agents inside the IDE. The company also revealed new Gemini APIs, Android Bench 2.0 for model benchmarking, and a Change Review tool to analyze AI-generated code changes.
